Welcome to TrendKart. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit trendkartonline.store or buy from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store

1.Who are we

Our store is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with TrendKart.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Product details, specifications and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or stop selling any product.

4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example because of stock issues, pricing errors, an incorrect address, suspected fraud, or repeated refused COD deliveries. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you.

5. Prices and payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free on all orders across India, and its cost is already included in the product price. Prices may change at any time, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store your full card or bank details.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. If you repeatedly refuse or miss COD deliveries, we may cancel your order and stop offering COD to you.

7. Shipping and delivery
Dispatch and delivery timelines are explained in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the courier delivers the parcel to you.

8. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and claims are handled only as stated in our Refund Policy. In particular, damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video. Please read the Refund Policy before you buy. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

9. Using the store
You agree to use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the store, attempt to hack it, scrape its content, upload malicious code, submit false information, or place fake orders. We may suspend or block anyone who breaks these rules.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this store, including the name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to TrendKart or its licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.

11. Reviews and feedback
If you send us reviews or feedback, you allow us to use them to run and promote the store. You confirm that what you send is truthful and does not break anyone's rights or the law.

12. Third-party links and tools
The store may link to websites or tools run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Our liability
We provide the store and products with reasonable care. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where the law makes us responsible, for example for defective goods or deficiency in service, our liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

15. Relationship with Shopify
TrendKart is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform that runs the store. Any sale you make is directly with TrendKart. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and TrendKart, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products.

16. Errors
The store may occasionally contain typing errors or wrong prices, descriptions or stock information. We may correct them and cancel affected orders, and we will refund any amount you have already paid.

17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the store after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana will have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission or forum as allowed by law.
