Shipping Policy

TrendKart ships orders across India through our courier partners.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment partner within 1-2 business days (24-48 hours) after they are confirmed. We do not dispatch on public holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

2. Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days. In total, expect your order within 8-12 business days from the date you place it. Some remote pin codes may take up to 15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes, festivals, or courier issues are outside our control.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, shipping is free on all orders across India 

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking details. If your parcel is delayed or stuck in transit, the resolution time depends on the courier company. Contact us and we will follow up with the courier for you.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders and pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable, we may arrange one re-attempt. We may cancel COD orders, and may disable COD for future orders, if deliveries are repeatedly refused.

6. Incorrect address

Please check your address and phone number carefully. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

7. Damaged parcel

If your parcel looks damaged, record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
