How do I place an order?
Choose your product, add it to the cart, and complete checkout with your delivery address and payment details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and pin codes. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders across India. The cost is already included in the product price.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days, so expect your order within 8-12 business days in total. Some remote pin codes may take up to 15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will email you tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
What if I receive a damaged, defective or wrong item?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video. The unboxing video is mandatory for every damage, defect, wrong-item or missing-item claim, so please record one continuous, uncut video while opening the sealed parcel for the first time. Claims made after 24 hours or without the video may not be accepted.
Can I return a product because I changed my mind?
No. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details. Defective electronic items are not eligible for return or refund.
How are returns handled if my claim is approved?
Every claim is reviewed based on product condition and your unboxing evidence. If a return is needed, we will tell you how to send the item. Please do not send anything back without our confirmation.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. For COD orders, we will ask for your bank or UPI details.
